Blast in Palpa

An IED was detonated targeting the vehicle of CPN (Maoist Centre) politburo member Tularam Ghartimagar at Khulkhule in Tinau Rural Municipality-2 on Saturday evening. Jeep driver Bharat Shrestha of Tansen-6 was injured in the blast, said Chief District Officer Bishnu Prasad Dhakal.
