Police have arrested five people including one teacher on December 2 on charge of operating anti-election activities. The arrested were 32 years old teacher Rama Chaudhary of Lamahi Municipality-3, District member Janak B.K,35 of NCP, District vice-chairman Anil K.C,37 of the same party , District member Manoj Paudel,25 and one student according to Nepal Communist Party of Dang. Police have denied of publicizing the name of the arrested. At the same time, District chairperson Pritima Chaudhary of Akhil revolutionary has released a press statement on December 3 and demanded the release of all cadres. She has also demanded to publicize the name of arrested cadres. Till now, 28 people have been arrested from various places in Dang on charge of anti-election activities according to SP Durga Singh of District Police Office, Dang. निर्वाचन विरोधी गतिविधि गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले एकजना शिक्षकसहित पाँच जनालाई मङ्सिर १६ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । प्रहरीले लमही नपा-३ स्थित सुर्यविनायक माविका फल्कापुरका ३२ वर्षीय शिक्षक रामा चौधरी, नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टीका जिल्ला सदस्य ३५ वर्षीय जनक बिक, सोही पार्टी निकट अनेरास्ववियु क्रान्तिकारीका जिल्ला उपाध्यक्ष २७ वर्षीय अनिल केसी, जिल्ला सदस्य २५ वर्षीय मनोज पौडेल र एकजना विद्यार्थीलाई लमही, घोराही र तुलसीपुरबाट गिरफ्तार गरेको नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टी दाङले जनाएको छ । प्रहरीसँग सम्पर्क गर्दा गिरफ्तारीमा परेकाहरूको नाम सार्वजनिक गर्न मानेन । अखिल क्रान्तिकारी दाङकी जिल्ला अध्यक्ष प्रितिमा चौधरीले मङ्सिर १७ गते विज्ञप्ति निकालेर आस्थाकै आधारमा शिक्षक र विद्यार्थीलाई गिरफ्तार गरेको भन्दै तत्काल रिहाइको माग गरेकी छन् । उनले गिरफ्तार गरिएकाहरूको नाम सार्वजनिक गर्नसमेत माग गरेकी छन् । दाङमा निर्वाचन विरोधी गतिविधि गरेको भन्दै प्रहरीले हालसम्म २८ जनालाई गिरफ्तार गरी हिरासतमा राखेको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय दाङकी एसपी दुर्गा सिंहले जानकारी दिइन् । Police have arrested five people including one teacher on December 2 on charge of operating anti-election activities.
