An improvised explosive device was found in Kaushaltar of Bhaktapur Constituency 2 while the voting was underway on Thursday. A Nepali Army team defused the explosive found near the bridge between Kaushaltar and Balkot. It has been suspected that cadres of Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’-led CPN planted the IED to terrorise members of the public against voting. Earlier, another explosive was found in Purano Naikap of Kathmandu this morning. भक्तपुरको बालकोटमा भेटिएको बम निष्क्रिय पारिएको छ । कौशलटारबाट बालकोट जाने पुलमा भेटिएको बम नेपाली सेनाले निष्क्रिय पारेको हो । स्थानीयवासीले बम देखेपछि प्रहरीलार्इ खबर गरेका थिए ।
