Biplov maoist takes responsibility of the IEDs planted in different places

Netra Bikram Chand aka Biplov led Communist Party of Nepal has taken the responsibility for detonating and planting IEDs at different places on the run up to the election day. They have also said that they carried out the activities to express their disapproval of the election and have announced that they would no longer plant or detonate bombs from today as the election has come to an end.
