A clash has erupted between cadres of Nepali Congress and cadres of CPN-UML on Thursday near Safebagar municipality-10, Achham. Tej Bahadur, cadres of Nepali Congress has been injured in the clash. He has received 3 stitches in his nose. A voting was halted after few cadres started to vandalized in Annapurna secondary school voting centre of Kalagaun of Mangalsen municipality-10 for casting a proxy vote. साफेबगर नगरपालिका- १० बेतालमौडामा नेकपा एमाले र नेपाली काँग्रेस का एजेन्ट बीचमा झडप हुँदा कांग्रेसका एजेन्ट तेजबहादुर घाइते भएका छन्। उहाँको नाकमा तिन वोटा टाका लागिएको छ। फर्जी मत हालेको भन्दै मंगलसेन नगरपालिका-१० कलागाउँमा रहेको अन्नपुर्णमाबी केन्द्रमा ढुंगामुढाँ हुदा केहि समय मतदान रोकिएको थियो।
