Crossfire held between the group of smugglers and security forces in Lalmatiya community forest of Banganga Municipality ward -2, Pipara, of Kapilbastu District. Subash Chandra Das head of the Sector forest office Pipara said crossfire held between security forces and smugglers as they received the information about smuggling in the search operation. The team of forest officials, security forces and consumers reached in the forest as the Lalmatiya community forest members provide information about smuggling in Sector forest office. As the team of security forces with forest officials reached the spot the smugglers fired the bullet to them. The crossfire held for more than 10 times said the officials. The security officials had seized 8 motorcycles and 30.13 cubic feet of wood from smugglers. Police and forest officials said they are searching the absconded smugglers. यहाँको बाणगंगा नगरपालिका वडा नम्बर–२ पिपराको लालमटिया सामुदायिक वनमा गएराती सुरक्षाकर्मी र वन तस्करबीच दोहोरो फायरिङ भएको छ । वनमा तस्करी भइरहेको सूचनाका आधारमा त्यहाँ पुगेका सुरक्षाकर्मी र तस्करहरुबीच दोहोरो फायरिङ भएको सेक्टर वन कार्यालय पिपराका प्रमुख सुवासचन्द्र दासले जानकारी दिए । लालमटिया वनका सदस्यहरुले तस्करीबारे सेक्टर वन पिपरालाई जानकारी गराएपछि वनरक्षक, सशस्त्र प्रहरी र नेपाल प्रहरी तथा वन उपाभोक्ताहरुको संयुक्त टोली वनमा पुगेको थियो । टोली पुग्नासाथ तस्करहरुको समूहले फायरिङ गरेको जनाइएको छ । सुरक्षाकर्मी र तस्करबीच १० पटकसम्म दोहोरो फायरिङ भएको थियो । त्यसपछि पक्राउ पर्ने डरले तस्करहरु मोटरसाइकल छाडेर भागेको दासले बताए । साथै, आफूहरुले ३० दशमलव १३ क्युफिट गोलिया काठ र ८ ओटा मोटरसाइकल बरामद गरेको उनले जानकारी दिए । कार्यालयले लु २९ प ३९६०, लु २५ प ६९८९, लु ९ प १५१, लु २४ प ६७९, लु १२ प १२९५, लु २७ प ७३९१, लु १४ प २३३ र लु २८ प ७०८१ नम्बरका मोटरसाइकलहरु बरामत गरेको जनाएको छ । तस्करहरुको खोजी कार्य जारी रहेको र पक्राउ गरेर कारबाही अगाडि बढाईने बताए । सो वनले १३७.१७ हेक्टर क्षेत्रफल ओगटेको छ ।
