Rautahat/July 20 The husbands have been found to be perpetrators in most of the domestic violence cases. The statistics made public by the Women and Children Service Centre, Rautahat showed that out of 113 complaints filed on domestic violence, 79 women had complained agaisnt their husbands. A total of 14 were victims at the hand of husband’s brothers, 10 suffered at the hands of parents-in-law, five were by sons and grand-sons while brother and sister-in-law were accused perpetrators in one each complaint. Three men filed complaints against their wives at the Centre seeking its mediation to bring the women back from their maternal homes, SI Gita Ranabhat informed. Most of cases included complaints of thrashing and forceful ouster from the house. There were 51 women forced out of her houses and 41 were beaten up. The records revealed that the number of violence had nearly doubled in one year. Last year, 62 women were the victims of domestic violence. There were 61 complaints filed at Gender Violence Service Centre. As a response to all the violence complaints, the Centres call the two sides and hold discussion and also provide information on legal provisions of Domestic Violence Act leading to compromise in most of the cases, SI Ranabhat informed. पतिबाट सबैभन्दा बढी घरेलु हिंसा रौतहट । ०७० साउन ५ गते घरेलु हिंसा गर्नेमा सबैभन्दा बढी आफ्नै पति भएको एक तथ्यांकले देखाएको छ । महिला तथा बालबालिका सेवा केन्द्र रौतहटद्वारा सार्वजनिक गरिएको तथ्यांक अनुसार सबैभन्दा बढी घरेलु हिंसा गर्नेमा पति रहेको देखिएको हो । आव ०६९/०७० मा सेवा केन्द्रमा परेका घरेलु हिंसाका कूल १ सय १३ ओटा उजुरीमध्ये सबैभन्दा बढी ७९ जना महिलाहरू आफ्नै पतिबाट पीडित भएको तथ्यांक रहेको सेवा केन्द्रले जनाएको छ । यसैगरी देवरजेठाजुबाट १४ जना, सासुसुसराबाट १० जना, छोरानातिबाट ५ जना, श्रीमतीबाट ३ जना, देवरानी र दाजुबाट एकएक जना पीडित भएको तथ्यांकले देखाएको हो । सेवा केन्द्रमा तीन जना पुरुषहरू आफ्नै श्रीमतीबाट पीडित भएको उजुरी पनि परेको छ । पीडित पुरुषहरूले श्रीमती आफ्नो घरमा नबसी माइतीमा बस्दै आएको र लिन जाँदा समेत नआएकाले श्रीमतीलाई घरमा पठाउने व्यवस्था गरी पाउन उजुरी गरेको सेवा केन्द्रका इन्चार्ज सई गिता रानाभाटले बताइन् । यसैगरी, घरेलु हिंसामा सबैभन्दा बढी कुटपिट र खान लाउन नदिई घर निकाला गरेको घटना रहेका छन । तथ्यांक अनुसार कुटपिटबाट ४२ जना र खान लाउन नदिई घर निकालामा ५१ जना महिलाहरू पीडित भएका छन् । गत वर्षको तुलनामा यस वर्षघटनामा दोब्बर वृद्धि भएको तथ्यांकले देखाएको छ । गतवर्षघरेलु हिंसाबाट पीडित हुने महिलाहरूको संख्या ६२ रहेको थियो । यस्तै लैंङ्गकि हिंसासम्बन्धी सेवा केन्द्रमा ६१ ओटा उजुरीहरू दर्ता भएको जनाइएको छ । सेवा केन्द्रमा परेका सबै उजुरीहरूमा पक्षविपक्षलाई कार्यालयमा बोलाई छलफल गराउने र घरेलु हिंसा ऐनको बारेमा जानकारी गराएपछि मिलापत्र गरेर जाने गरेको समेत रानाभाटले बताइन्
