Adharsha KC रुकुम । ०७० साउन १० गते पेउघा गाविस-८ का २६ वर्षीय घमण्ड बुढामगरलाई प्रहरी चौकी नुवाकोटका असई सुकबहादुर महतराले साउन ९ गते प्रहरी चौकीमा कुटपिट गरेका छन् । प्रहरीले कुटपिट गरेको भन्दै न्यायको खोजी गर्दै साउन १० गते बुढामगर सदरमुकाम खलङ्गा आएका छन् । प्रहरीले गोप्य काम छ चौकीमा आउन पत्राचार गरेपछि चौकीमा गएको अवस्थामा कोठामा थुनेर कुटपिट गरेको घमण्डले जानकारी दिए । चौकीका असई सुकबहादुर महतराले लाठी र बुटले कुटेको घमण्डले आरोप लगाए । घमण्डको शरीर भरी लाठी र बुटका डामहरु छन् । घरमा बुवा खड्गबहादुर बुढासँग अंशको विषयमा भएको विवादको विषयमा बुवाले प्रहरीमा साउन ७ गते उजुरी दिएपछि साउन ९ गते आफूलाई प्रहरी चौकी नुवाकोटमा उपस्थित हुन प्रहरीले गोप्य काम छ चौकीमा आउनु भनी पत्र पठाएको घमण्डले जानकारी दिए । प्रहरी कार्यालयको पत्र पाएपछि प्रहरी चौकीमा २४ वर्षीया पत्नी पुष्पा बाठासँग पुगेको र पुग्ने वित्तिकै केही नसोधेर गोप्य कोठामा लगि प्रहरीले कुटेपछि आफू बेहोस बनाएको पीडितले बताए । मलाई कुनै पनि कुरा नसोधेर असई महतराले लाठीले र बुटले कुटे म करिब एक घण्टा बेहोस भए होसमा आउदा मलाइ फेरी कुटन थाल्यो घमण्ड भन्छन । शरीर चलाउदा दुःख छ भन्दै न्यायका लागि आवश्यक पहल गरिदिन साउन १० गते सदरमुकाम खलंगामा इन्सेक र जिल्लास्थित सञ्चारकर्मीहरु समक्ष घमण्डले आफ्नो पीडा सुनाए । पुष्पालाई पनि प्रहरीले अपमानजनक व्यवहार गरेको घमण्डले आरोप लगाए । "पतिलाइ कुट्दा मैले हेरीरहेँ नपिट्न अनुरोध गर्दा मलाइ पनि गाली गरे" पुष्पाले भनिन् । जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय रुकुमका इन्स्पेक्टर ओम कुवरले यस विषयमा आफू अनभिज्ञ रहेको भन्दै घटना के भएको हो बुझ्ने प्रतिकृया दिए । आर्दश के.सी.
