Makawanpur/July 28 The District Court in Makawanpur has issued an order to remand Shyam Lal Shrestha, 25, of Machhegaun in Kathmandu in custody on charge of raping a girl with mental and physical disability. District Judge Tek Narayan Kunwar issued the order on July 26. Family of the victim has accused Shrestha of raping the 15-year-old girl on June 20.
