Office of District Sports Development Committee has been padlocked after the dispute over newly transferred office head and existing office . The union of Saptari district sports committee had padlocked office after dispute. The dispute started after the administrative officer Laxan Mandal of Eastern regional sports development committee came Saptari office after transfer. Mandal had been already a former office head of Saptari district sports committee before working in Eastern regional office. Existing office head Mahendra Yadav said the process of transfer of Laxman mandal is not valid. After the presence of Laxman Mandal as head of the office, members of District sports workers union t led by secretary Pakash Malla had padlocked the office. कर्मचारीबीच कार्यालय प्रमुख बन्न हानथाप भएपछि जिल्ला खेलकुद विकास समिति सप्तरीमा तालाबन्दी भएको छ । सप्तरी जिल्ला खेलकुद कर्मचारी संघले कार्यालयमा तालाबन्दी गरेको हो । पुर्वान्चल क्षेत्रीय खेलकुद विकास समिति बिराटनगरमा कार्यरत लक्ष्मण मण्डल कार्यालय प्रमुखको जिम्मेवारी सहित सरुवा भएर आएपछि कर्मचारीबीच खिचातानी सुरु भएको थियो। यसअघि सप्तरीमै कार्यालय प्रमुख रहेका मण्डल केहि समय बिराटनगर सरुवा भएर गएका थिए । तर मण्डल पुन: सरुवा भएर आएपछि कार्यालय प्रमुखको जिम्मेवारीमा रहेका प्रशासकीय अधिकृत महेन्द्र यादवले नियम बिपरित गरिएको सरुवा मान्य नहुने बताउँदै आएका छन् । कार्यालय प्रमुखका रुपमा लक्ष्मण मण्डल हाजिर गर्न पुगेपछि सचिब प्रकाश मल्लको नेतृत्वमा रहेका कर्मचारी संघका सदस्यले कार्यालयमा तालाबन्दी गरेका हुन् ।
