Doti/August 3 Dhan Bahadur Bhul of Chhoya in Jijodamandu VDC-2 has filed a complaint agaisnt his son-in-law, Indra Bahadur Bhul at District Police Office on August 2 accusing him of trafficking his daughter. Indra Bahadur, resident of Pipalgaun in Gagkhet VDC-9, Dadeldhura had got married to Sita, daughter of Dhan Bahadur three years ago. Last month he expelled her from home after thrashing her forcing her to take refuge at her maternal house, Dhan Bahadur said. On July 16, he came to bring her home but the daughter remains out of touch since then, Dhan Bahadur claimed accusing Indra Bahadur to prompting termination of her four-month pregnancy and then trafficking her to India. DSP Rajendra Babu Regmi informed that Indra Bahadur was arrested and held in custody following the complaint.
