A man was critically injured in a Khukuri attack in Dhading district on Monday. The injured has been identified as Raju Tamang, 25, of Jharlang, Khaniyabas-1 of the district. A group of six persons including Markos Ghale of Tipling, Rubi Valley-4 attacked Tamang this morning over a minor dispute that took place on Sunday at a local pool (cue sports) house. Tamang sustained injuries in his neck, head and hands, according to District Hospital, where he was taken for emergency treatment after the attack. Tamang has been referred to Kathmandu following primary treatment at the District Hospital. DSP Ram Kumar KC of the District Police Office, Dhading, said that they have arrested Om Tamang, Santosh Lama Tamang and Paranish Ghale while they were fleeing the scene on a motorbike after the incident. Ghale, along with his friends, on Sunday had filed a complaint at the District Police Office saying that Tamang had attacked them. The group attacked Tamang when the police was investigating the process.
