Police have arrested Tara KC, 25 of Khandadevi Rural Municipality-6 on March 18 on charge of setting fire and killing four years old son Bipin Khatri and two years old daughter Ramita Khatri on the night of March 18. Police said that she killed her children after setting fire in the house. She was in dispute after her husband married another wife. The preliminary investigation found that she threatened to kill her children by setting fire in previous occasion. Inspector Raj Kumar Thapa of DPO said that she set fire in the makeshift on the night of March 18 where both children died. Police have controlled Dil Bahadur KC and the accused Tara KC for investigation. The body of both children are being sent to Manthali for postmortem according to the police.
