Khotang/August 21 Family of a 4-year-old girl has filed a case against Ashdhan Bishwakarma, 19, of Khartamcha VDC-7 on August 21 at the District Police Office. The family demanded action against him charging him with rape of the girl. According to the victim's father, Ashdhan raped the girl on August 17 at a maize field near her house after luring her with a packet of noodles. Medical check-up of the girl was conducted at the District Police Office. SI Yadab Gautam of the DPO said that search for the accused who has been absconding after the incident was underway. He added that health condition of the victim was critical and she was receiving treatment.
