District court Dailekh ordered 1 month jail sentence to a 26 years old man in Child marriage case. The court has ordered 1 month jail term and 10 thousand rupees fine against 26 years old Hemanta Thapa of Narayan Municipility-11, Dailekh. Hementa Thapa had married 15 years old girl of Naumule Rural Municiplaity-8, Dailekh. The court also fined one thousand rupees fine for Ganga Bahadur Thapa and Sher Bahadur Thapa for involvement in the marriage case. दैलेख जिल्ला अदालतले उमेर नपुगेकी बालिकासंग बिवाह गरेको आरोपमा एक जनालाई एक महिना कैद र दस हजार रुपैयाँ जरिवाना गरेको छ । नारायण नगरपालिका-११ बिन्ध्यबासिनीका २६ बर्षिय हेमन्त थापालाई मंगलबार सजाय सुनाइएको हो । हेमन्तले नौमुले गाउँपालिका-८, चौराठाकी १५ बर्षिया बालिकालाई बिवाह गरेको पुष्टी भएकाले सजाए सुनाएको अदालतले जनाएको छ । बालिकालाई बिवाह गर्न फकाएको आरोपमा अदालतले नारायण नगरपालिका-११ बिन्ध्यबासिनीकै गंगा बहादुर थापा र शेरबहादुर थापालाई जनही एक एक हजार रुपैयाँ जरिवाना गरेको छ ।
