Solukhumbu/August 22 Phurwa Sherpa, 40, of Taktor in Beni VDC-3 has been arrested by the police on charge of killing his wife, Maya Sherpa, 32 on August 19. Police said Phurwa killed her with a door bolt during a family dispute. They said the bruises covered the body of the deceased. The body was handed over to the relatives after post mortem at Phaplu Hospital on August 22. Kami Dawa Sherpa, 18, the son of the deceased filed a complaint agaisnt his father at District Police Office on August 20. He was arrested on the same day and investigation is going on, DSP Badri Bikram Shah said. Pasang Bamjan Tamang बेनी गाविस-३ टाक्टोर बस्ने ३२ वर्षीया माया शेर्पालाई पति ४० वर्षीय फुर्वा शेर्पाले भदौ २ गते राति ११ बजे घरायसी विवादमा आग्लो प्रहार गरी हत्या गरेको गरेको आरोपमा गिरफ्तार भएका छन् । लासको मुचुल्का उठाउँदा मृतकको शरीरका विभिन्न भागमा निलडाम भएको पाइएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय जनाएको छ । लासको भदौ ६ गते फाप्लु अस्पतालमा पोष्टमार्टम गरी लास आफन्तलाई जिम्मा लगाएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ । पीडितका १८ वर्षीय छोरा कामीदावा शेर्पाले आरोपितविरुद्ध भदौ ४ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय सोलुखुम्बुमा उजुरी दिए । सोही दिन आरोपितलाई जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय सोलुखुम्बुले गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । आरोपितमाथि अनुसन्धान भइरहेको डीएसपी बद्री विक्रम थापाले बताए ।
