Khotang/ August 23 Asadhan BK, 19, of Khartamcha VDC-7 has been arrested by the police in Kharmi VDC-1 on August 22 on charge of raping a 4-year-old minor. The victim’s party had lodged a complaint against the accused at police office in Diktel on charge of raping the minor on August 17. The accused was arrested by the police from the Diktel Bazar, according to Inspector Durga Raj Regmi of District Police Office of Diktel. The investigation of the incident is underway, Inspector Regmi said adding the youth will be charged under the rape case. D
