Morang, balatkar ghatnaka aaropit giraftar. Morang/August 31 Miraj Miya, 32, of Materuwa in Biratnagar Sub-metropolis-22 has been arrested by police on August 30. According to DSP Dipak Pokharel, Spokesperson of the District Police Office, Miya was absconding after raping a 15-year-old girl two years ago. Area Police Office Rani arrested him from Islampur in Biratnagar-22. He is held in the custody of the DPO on remand.
