A pressure cooker bomb went off at the office of Kalika Construction at Habaldarpur, Banke, today. DSP Yagya Prasad Bhattarai of Area Police Office Kohalpur said the bomb exploded at the office of the construction company at around 12:30am on Sunday. DSP Bhattarai said people involved in the incident were yet to be identified. Police on Sunday morning arrested Dev Bahadur Rokaya of Mugu from Nepalgunj for his suspected involvement in the incident. “A manhunt to nab the people involved in the explosion is on”, DSP Bhattarai said. Kalika Construction Project Manager Yubaraj Kshetri said the explosion had damaged the asphalt plant of the company. कालिका कन्स्ट्रक्सन प्रालिको क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयमा बम विष्फोट भएको छ । गएराती बाँकेको शम्शेरगन्जमा रहेको कन्स्ट्रक्सन कार्यालयमा अज्ञात समूहले बम विस्फोट गराएका हुन् । कालिका कन्ट्रक्सन राप्रपा नेता विक्रम पाण्डेको लगानीको निर्माण कम्पनी हो । उक्त कम्पनीको सिन्धुली कार्यालयमा पनि केहि पहिले अज्ञात समूहले नै विस्फोट गराएको थियो । गएराती गराइएको विस्फोटबाट कार्यालयमा सामान्य क्षति भएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ । बम विप्लव नेतृत्वको नेकपाका कार्यकर्ताले गराएको हुन सक्ने आशंका गरिएको छ ।
