Kapilbastu/September 9 A 25-year-old woman has filed a complaint against Raju Yadab, 30, of Tilaurakot VDC-7 on September 9, accusing him of raping her on the night of September 8. According to the victim, the accused raped her while she had come out of her house to relieve herself. She added that he threatened to kill her if she reported the incident to anyone. The District Police Office said that the victim underwent health check-up at the District Hospital. Investigation into the incident is underway, police said.
