Asha BK, 21, of Ke village in Bageshwari-3 has been seriously injured in the beating by her in-laws on January 9.

According to her mother-in-law Devisara BK and aunt Gita Sunar beat her up following some domestic dispute. She is undergoing treatment at Medical College Nepalgunj for her head injuries.

DSP Uday Tamang, of District Police Office Banke said both the accused were absconding and that the police were searching for her. <
