Gulmi,Balika balatkar prayasko aropma muddha darta. Gulmi/September 11 A 16-year-old boy of Wagla VDC-9 has been accused of trying to rape a 4-year-old girl. A complaint has been filed against him at District Police Office on September 11. The FIR says that the boy made the attempt against girl in the kitchen garden on September 9 when her mother had gone nearby to collect fodder. It is said that mother arrived at the scene when she heard the girl’s cry and but the boy fled. The boy was taken into custody after arrest at his home on September 10, DSP Raj Kumar Lamsal said adding the accused had already confessed to his crime. N
