Police arrested 3 persons from Rupandehi on the charge of threatening to kidnap and demanding ransom from Dolendra Sapkota, resident of Tilottama-15 on May 19. The arrested have been identifed as 19-year-old Bibek Gautam, resident of Tilottama-15, 19-year-old Arjun Sunar, resident of Tilottama-14 and 25-year-old Prakash Sunar. They allegedly demanded NRs. 5,00,000 from Sapkota and threatened to kidnap and kill his wife and son in case of failure in giving the money. Police is investigating further about the case. अपहरणको धम्की दिई फिरौती माग गर्ने तीन जना प्रहरीको नियन्त्रणमा परेका छन्। पक्राउ पर्नेमा रुपन्देहीको तिलोत्तमा १५ का १९ बर्षीय बिबेक गौतम र सियारी गाउँपालिका वडा नम्बर १ का १९ बर्षीय अर्जुन सुनार र ति.न.पा १४ का २५ बर्षीय प्रकाश सुनार रहेका छन्। जेठ ५ गते तिलोत्तमा १५ का डोलेन्द्र सापकोटालाई बारम्बार फोन तथा म्यासेज समेत गरी पाँच लाख रकम फिरौती माग गरेको रकम नदिएमा छोरा र श्रीमतीलाइ अपहरण गरी मारिदिन्छु भन्ने धम्की दिएको अभियोगमा उनीहरु पक्राउ परेका हुन्। पक्राउ मानिसहरुलाई अपहरण तथा शारीरिक बन्धक उद्योगमा मुद्दा चलाइएको छ।
