Nikhil Chaudhary, 13 of Ramdhuni Municipality-4 was injured in a beating by the assistant principal of Janata Secondary School on May 25. The victim’s family have cordoned the school and protested against the beating along with the demand of compensation and treatment cost of the victim. The family has also demanded for the investigation of the incident and action against the assistant principal. The victim sustained serious foot injury in the incident and facing difficulties on walking according to victim’s mother The incident of beating was revealed after the victim complained his mother that he was beaten by the assistant principal Dev Narayan with bamboo stick. Accused assistant principal Dev Narayan Chaudhary said that it was an unintended incident and added that the accident occurred while trying to scare the student. जनता माध्यमिक विद्यालयको कक्षा ७ मा अध्ययनरत रामधुनी नपा-४ का १३ वर्षीय निखिल चौधरीलाई सोही विद्यालयका सह-प्रधानाध्यापकले कुटपिट गरेका कारण गोलीगाँठो खुस्किएको भन्दै पीडित पक्षले विद्यालय घेराउ गरेको छ । पीडित पक्षसहित स्थानीयले जेठ १४ गते रामधुनी नपा-४ सिङ्गियास्थित जनता माध्यमिक विद्यालय घेराउ गरेका हुन् । उनीहरूले बालकको उपचार खर्च र क्षतिपूर्ति दिनसमेत माग गरेका छन् । घटनाको विरोधमा उत्रिएका अभिभावकले सत्यतथ्य छानबिन गरी विद्यार्थी कुट्ने सहप्रधानाध्यापक देवनारायण चौधरीलाई कारबाही गर्न माग गरेका छन् । छोराको गोडाको गोलीगाँठो खुस्किएको र उनलाई हिँडडुलमा समस्या भएको पीडितकी आमा बुधनी चौधरीले बताइन् । सुरूमा बालकले घटना लुकाएर राखेको र पछि दुखाई बढेपछि गोडाको गोलीगाँठो खुस्किएर घाइते भएको थाहा पाएको आमा बुधनीको भनाई छ । विद्यालय बाहिर झगडा गरेको भन्दै जेठ ११ गते सहप्रधानाध्यापक देवनारायणले बाँसको भाटाले कुटपिट गरेको पीडित बालकले बताए । उनको उपचार स्थानीय स्वास्थ्य संस्थामा गरी गोडामा प्लास्टर गरिएको छ । सहप्रधानाध्यापक चौधरीले पहिलेदेखि नै विद्यार्थीलाई यसरी नै कुटपिट गर्ने गरेको स्थानीय रामसिंह चौधरीले बताए । आरोपित सहप्रधानाध्यापक चौधरीले शिक्षण पेशमा लागेको ३० वर्षभएको र यो घटना मात्र दुःखदायी भएको बताए । उनले विद्यार्थीलाई तर्साउन खोज्दा दुर्घटना हुन गएको बताए ।
