There has been a large demonstration in Birgunj demanding better security services for the people of Parsa. A rally was organised under the leadership of elected representatives of Parsa district and the rally started from the Narayani sub-regional hospital and went around Ghantaghar, later the rally converted itself into corner assembly after reaching District Administration Office. People of various villages of Parsa district gathered to join the rally and build pressure for better security services. Lekhnath Paudel, Chief District Officer formed an investigation committee comprised of 5 members for the investigation of deaths of the children. पर्सामा सुरक्षा व्यवस्था कम्जोर भएको भन्दै आज विरगंजमा विशाल विरोध प्रदर्शन गरिएको छ। जनताबाट निर्वाचित जनप्रतिनिधिहरुको सक्रियतामा आज नारायणी उपक्षेत्रीय अस्पतालबाट घन्टाघर हुँदै जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालय पर्सामा आएर जुलुस कोणसभामा परिणत भएको थियो । दबाब सिर्जनाको लागि गरिएको जुलुस प्रदर्शनमा गाउँगाउँबाट हजारौको संग्ख्यामा जनता आएका थिए। जुलुसका अगुवाहरुको कुरा सुन्दै पर्साका प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी लेखनाथ पौडेलले नाबालकहरुको हत्याको घटना छानबिन गर्न ५ सदसीय छानबिन टोली गठन गरेका छन्।
