Kailali, Balatkaar gareko aaropma ek jana giraftar. Kailali/October 3 Tilak ram Chaudhary, 30, of Ramnagar in Joshipur VDC-3 has been arrested by the police on charge of raping a 30-year-old woman. Area Police Office, Bhajani informed that Chaudhary was arrested on charge of raping the woman at her home while she was asleep. He was arrested on October 1. District Police office informed that Chadhary had been held in police office and inquiry was going on. The woman had filed a complaint against Chaudhary on September 31. Her medical check up was conducted at Tikapur Hospital on September 31.
