Khotang/October 5 Santoshi Rai, 35, of Diktel VDC-5 has filed a complaint against her husband Uday Bikram Rai, 47, at District Police Office on October 4 accusing him of inflicting physical and mental torture on her. Asking for action against him, Santoshi said that her husband was regularly beating her. She said that she did not know why her husband beat her adding that she was badly beaten on October 3. SI Yadav Gautam of District Police Office said that the police would summon both to discuss the issue.
