The Area Police Office of Kohalpur said that 29 years old Yasodha Dangi of Rapti-Sonari Rural Municipality-2 and her eight years old daughter Smriti Dangi were abducted on the night of August 1 by an unidentified group of people. The abductors came in search of Yasodha’s husband Lokendra Dangi,35 with the intention to abduct him , however his wife and daughter were abducted after they did not find Lokendra according to DSP Yagya Prasad Bhattarai of Area Police Office of Kohalpur. Local Damber Dangi said that group of about eight people abducted and took them in an ambulance. The abductors have demanded for the ransom amount of Rs 32,00,000 from Lokendra according to police. Police said that they were abducted over the dispute of financial dealing with Lokendra. Police have already arrested two people with support from Area Police Office of Tulsipur Dang and search for others are undergoing. राप्ती सोनारी गाउँपालिका-२ मदुईकी २९ वर्षीया यशोदा डाँगी र उनकी आठ वर्षीया छोरी स्मृती डाँगीलाई अज्ञात पक्षले साउन १६ गते राति अपहरण गरेको इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय कोहलपुरले जनाएको छ । यशोदाका ३५ वर्षीय पति लोकेन्द्र डाँगीलाई खोज्दै आएका ‘अपहरणकारी’ले लोकेन्द्रलाई नभेटेपछि उनको पत्नी र छोरीलाई अपहरण गरेको इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय कोहलपुरका डिएसपी यज्ञप्रसाद भट्टराईले जानकारी दिए । आठ जनाको समूहमा आएका अपहरणकारीले यशोदा र स्मृतिलाई एम्बुलेन्समा राखेर लगेको स्थानीयबासी डम्बर डाँगीले बताए । लोकेन्द्रसँग लेनदेनको विषय रहेको र लोकेन्द्र घरमा नभेट्दा छोरी र पत्नीलाई अपहरण गरेपछि लोकेन्द्र सम्पर्कमा आउँछ भन्ने योजनाका साथ अपहरण गरी लगेको हुनसक्ने स्थानीयबासी डम्बर डाँगीले बताए । यशोदाका पति लोकेन्द्रसँगको लेनदेन भएपछि लामो समयदेखि लोकेन्द्र घरपरिवारको सम्पर्कमा समेत नभएको डम्बर डाँगीले जनाएका छन् । स्थानीयबासीले यशोदाको मोवाइल नम्बरमा फोन गर्दा अर्कै महिलाले उठाएको र यशोदालाई लैजाने भए ३२ लाख रुपिँया लिएर बबई क्याम्पस नजिकै तुलसीपुरको बिपी चोक र तुलसीपुरकै एक स्टेशनरीमा सम्पर्क गर्न आउनु भन्दै फोन काटेको डाँगीले बताए । इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय कोहलपुरका डीएसपी यज्ञप्रसाद भट्टराईले लेनदेनको कारोबारमा पतिसँग रकम असुल्नको लागि घरबाट राति २ बजे जबरजस्ती आमाछोरीलाई उठाएर लगेको जानकारी आएपछि प्रहरीको सक्रियतामा इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय तुलसीपुर दाङको सहयोगमा उक्त कार्यमा संलग्न रहेका दुई जनालाई गिरफ्तार गरिएको र बाँकीको खोजतलास भइरहेको जनाइएको छ ।
