Morang, Achar sanhita ullanghan garekoma sachetpatra. Morang/October 19 The District Election Office (DEO) has said that NC Morang has been found violating the election code of conduct. Chief of DEO Jhankanath Sharma said that NC had kept flags larger than the size fixed by Election Commission at Janandolan chok in Biratnagar Submetropolis-14. Sharma added that the party had been asked to remove the flags. The DEO sent a letter to NC Morang on October 18 not to repeat such act.
