According to District Police Office, the parked vehicle (Ba 8 Cha 5956) being used by UCPN-M candidate from constituency-3 Prahlad Lamichhane was set on fire at Hetaunda-5. The front part of the vehicle has been completely damaged. The vehicle was parked at the house of Santosh Sapkota. Sapkota's neighbor said that the group came around at midnight and fled the scene after setting the vehicle on fire. SP Ganesh Bahadur Air said that search for those involved in the incident was ongoing. Similarly, an unidentified group has vandalized the vehicle used by UCPN-M Morang candidate from Morang constituency no. 2 kumar Paudel on October 26 night. DSP Dipak Pokharel of the District Police Office said that the jeep (Ko1Cha 4750) parked at the house belonging to UCPN-M Kochila State Committee Member Devraj Bhandari was vandalized. Glasses of the vehicles have been smashed in the incident.
