Local political parties jointly organized sit-in in front of Tax Division at Ratnanagar Municipal Office for one hour on Aug 9 against tax hike. The sit-in was organized as part of a series of protest programs by the parties against increased tax by the local government. नगरपालिकाले बढाएको कर घटाउन माग गर्दै दबाब स्वरूप बिहिबार राजनैतिक दलहरुले धर्ना दिएका छन् ।नेपाल कम्युनिस्ट पार्टीबाहेक रत्ननगरमा क्रियाशील सात राजनैतिक दलहरु चरणबद्ध आन्दोलनमा छन् । आन्दोलनका कार्यक्रम अन्तर्गत बिहिबार उनीहरुले नगरपालिकाको कर शाखा अगाडी आधा घण्टा धर्ना दिएका हुन् ।
