Taplejung, UCPN-M ko chunavi sabhama bomb prahar. Taplegunj/November 11,An unidentified group hurled a bomb in UCPN-M election assembly at around 3.30 pm on November 11. According to security sources, Improvised Explosive Device (IED) was found at the venue in Takmedanda of headquarters Fungling. The participant of the election assembly scattered after seeing smoke coming out from a bottle. The bomb was kept at a distance of 10 meter where the UCPN-M poll candidate Sanchpal Moden was addressing the election assembly. The bomb kept was planted in front of the Army barrack. The bomb was defused after the election assembly by Nepal Army. According to local people, police has arrested one person suspected of being involved in the incident. DSP Acharya said that the identity of the assailants was not known.
