Kapilvastu/November 10, Chairperson of UCPN-M Pushpa Kamal Dahal and vice-chairperson Baburam Bhattarai has violated the code of conduct during their Mechi-Mahakali campaign. The party organized election assembly with more than 3-4 thousand people obstructing the transportation in Badganga VDC of Kapilvastu. They have used the vehicles more than allowed by election code of conduct. More than 100 motorbikes and taxis were used by the party. The Election Code of Conduct restricts parties and candidates to use not more than 2 vehicles during their election campaign. Similarly, the transportation in the highway was affected by the bandh called by CPN-M.
