12 years Prakash Budathoki of Darma-6, Salyan who is working in Sagar Hotel situated at Dullu-3 of Karnali highway was beating by hotel owner Shanti Shahi. When Prakash asked for money to go home during Dashain, instead of gicing money Shanti accused him of robbery and beat him on 4th October. Due to which his left hand is fractured. The incident came to light after 20 days of actual incident. Activist Amar Sunar has accused that police department ignored the incident even after being informed. The victim's treatment is going on in Bheri Zonal Hospital. According to Dr. Prakash Thapa, victim's hand operation is successfully completed and the condition is normal.
