Dhankuta/November 10 An unidentified group has attacked the RPP poll candidate from constituency no. 2 Sunil Bahadur Thapa at Kajimae of Takhuwa VDC while returning from an election assembly on November 9, 2013. Vice Chairperson of RPP Tika Prasad Ghimire of RPP said that the unidentified group attacked the vehicle (Ko 1 Cha 1738) used by poll candidate while he was returning from election assembly held at VDC building of Tauliya. According to Ghimire, though the vehicle has been completely damaged, the poll candidate and the cadres are safe. The attackers also obstructed the road by felling trees in the road. Chief District Officer Rameshwor Dhungel said security personnel have been deployed following attack on the poll candidate. Santosh Ruchal धनकुटा । ०७० कात्तिक २४ गते, धनकुटाको क्षेत्र नं. २ का राष्ट्रिय प्रजातन्त्र पार्टीका उम्मेदवार सुनिलवहादुर थापाले तेलिया गाविसमा चुनावी सभालाई सम्बोधन गरेर फर्कने क्रममा कात्तिक २४ गते साँझ तांखुवा गाविसको काजिमाने नजिकै अज्ञात समूहले आक्रमण गरेको छ । तेलिया गाविस भवनमा चुनावी सभा सकेर फर्कने क्रममा तेलिया र तांखुवा गाविसको सिमनामा पर्ने काजिमाने चौतारो नजिकैको पानी ट्याङ्कीमा आईपुग्दा अज्ञात समूहले उम्मेदवार सहित कार्यकर्ता चढेको को.१च. १७३८ नम्वरको ल्याण्डरोभर गाडीमा आक्रमण गरेको सो पार्टीका जिल्ला उपाध्यक्ष टीकाप्रसाद घिमिरेले बताए । अज्ञात समूहको आक्रमणबाट गाडी पुर्णरुपमा क्षति भए पनि उम्मेदवार तथा आफ्ना कार्यकर्ता सकुशल रहेको उपाध्यक्ष घिमिरेले बताए । साथै समूहले कार्यक्रम सकेर फर्कने क्रममा सडकमा रुख ढालेर अवरोध समेत पुर्‍याएका थिए । राप्रपाको चुनावी कार्यक्रममा प्रयोग गरिएको गाडी र कार्यकर्ताहरूलाई आक्रमण गरेपछि सो क्षेत्रमा सुरक्षाकर्मी परिचालन गरिएको प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी रामेश्वर दंगालले बताए । सन्तोष रुचाल
