One killed in gang fight in Baneshwor

A youth has been killed during a gang fight between two groups at Sukumbasi tol in Gairigaun in Baneshwor. The deceased has been identified as Bikki Limbu, a resident of Sukumbasi Tol.
According to the police, Bikki who sustained serious injury after being attacked with khukuri by member of the rival gang died while undergoing treatment at Civil Hospital in Kathmandu. Meanwhile, 23-year-old Anil Shrestha who sustained serious injury in the incident is undergoing treatment at Trauma Center. Police are further investigating on the incident. According to DSP Hobindra Bogati of Kathmandu Police, most of the persons involved in the gang fight were drug users and sellers.
