Saptari/ November 12, The Area In-charge of underground outfit Akhil Terai Mukti Morcha (ATMM) Pradip Kumar Mukhiya, 25, of Gobardanda VDC-3 has been arrested by police on November 12. According to police, the Gobardanda VDC-3 is a very sensitive place regarding security and the person was arrested from the home of Mukhiya along with the arms and ammunitions. District Police Office said that one socket bomb, one home-made pistol and two rounds of bullet were found from the house of Mukhiya. The armed outfit has declared boycott of the upcoming CA election.
