Khagendra Bajgain, a teacher at Panchakoshi Vidhya Ashram located at Dailekh's Dullu Municiplaity, has beaten 13-year-old Surendra Hamal and due to which his leg is fractured.
On Monday, Bajgain beat Surendra with a stick for not doing his homework. Fearing that his parents will come to know about the incident, the teacher hadn't let him to go for the treatment as well.
Surendra succeeded in running away from the Ashram with the help of his classmate Navraj Khanal. After his primary treatment at Dullu Hospital, he is referred to Nepalgunj for further treatment, said Dullu Hospital's head Puja B.C.
According to the relatives, Vidhyapith Management Committee's President Krishna Prasad Upadhya and Dullu Area Education Branch's source person Shivaraj Khadka has pressurized to not to report a case against them.
Because of derogatory language and misbehave from teachers six students has dropped out from the Vidhyapith at the same time.
DSP Thakur Prasad Pokhrel said investigation is being delayed because they were informed late about the case
