Morang/ November 14 Police have arrested CPN-M cadre Roshan Limbu from Sisbane Badhara VDC on November 13 for carrying out anti-election activities. CPN-M District Secretary Lochan Dhamal said that his cadres were being arrested arbitrarily. He further said that police has started to suppress the peaceful boycott program of election.
