Jajarkot, UCPN-M dwara NC karyakartalaai chakku prahar. Jajarkot /November 13 UCPN-M cadres have attacked NC cadre Biendrar Bahadur Shahi, 32, of Taiyaa in Majkot VDC -7 on November 12 night. Birendra Bahadu Shahi, who is also Secretary of NC constituency no. 2, was stabbed and beaten with lathi by a group of 20-25 cadres of UCPN-M when he was sleeping, said the NC poll candidate Rajiv Shah from the same constituency. According to him, Shahi has received injuries in head and body and is in critical condition. He is undergoing treatment at local health post. He further blamed local administration for delaying in providing him security and treatment. UCPN-M cadres time and again have attacked our cadres at Majakot and Korawang VDC, said Bedh Raj Singh, Vice-chairperson of NC constituency no. 2. UCPN-M District Coordinator Tek Bahadhur Rawal said his party was not involved in the attack. District Police Office DSP Chakra Bahadhur Singh informed that the case is under investigation.
