Two persons in a motorcycle torched the bus at around 3 this morning, vehicle owner Pritam Shrestha said. The inner part of the vehicle has been damaged in the inferno, police said. According to police, banda enforcers might have torched the bus (Na 4 Kha 9696) parked outside Shrestha's residence at Old buspark in Tulsipur-5 as it was escorted by the police from the Capital yesterday. Meanwhile, police have initiated a manhunt to nab the culprits.
