SINDHULI, Nov 15: With less than four days to go for the November 19 Constituent Assembly elections, clashes between the rival parties UCPN (Maoist) and CPN-UML has continued unabated in the district. In a similar clash between the party cadres of the two rivals has left around half a dozen UCPN (Maoist) cadres including their FPTP candidate of Sindhuli-1 Lekhnath Dahal injured in Dudhauli VDC on Friday morning. UCPN (Maoist) candidate Dahal maintains that UML cadres attacked him while he was returning home after a negotiation with the UML party to stop such attacks with each other in the days ahead. On the other hand UML claims that the clash ensued after the UCPN (Maoist) cadres, out of the blue, stormed into the house where they were staying. Meanwhile, UML Vice Chairman of Sindhuli district Prallad Pokharel has said the UCPN (Maoist) cadres attacked his cadre Rajkishor Ahikari of Harshai VDC on Thursday in a statement issued today. सिन्धुली, कार्तिक २९ - सिन्धुली क्षेत्र नं १ का एमाओवादी एम्मेदवार लेखनाथ दाहाल(राजन) शुक्रबार बिहान भएको झडपमा परि घाइते भएका छन् । उनको टाउको र हातमा चोट लागेको छ । एमाले उम्मेदवार सहितको टोलीसँग वार्ता गरेर फर्किदा एक्कासि आक्रमणमा परेको एमाओवादीका उमेद्वार दाहालले बताए । उता एमालेले भने उमेदवार गणेश पहाडी सहितको टोली स्थानीय घनश्याम राउतको घरमा बसिरहेको समयमा एमाओवादी उम्मेदवार दाहाल सहितको टोलीले घर घेरेर आक्रमण गरेको जनाएको छ । एमाओवादी कार्यकर्ता हरि दाहाल र रामबहादुर झडपमा परि घाइते भएका छन् । स्थानीय एवं कानून व्यवसायी प्रेमचन्द्र दाहालका अनुसार अहिले दुधौली तनावग्रस्त बनेको छ । बजार समेत बन्द छ । दुवै पक्षबीच थप झडपको स्थिति हुन नदिन सुरक्षा कडा बनाइएको प्रजिअ केशवराज आचार्यले बताए ।
