Underground Outfit Plants Bomb, Diffused Dang/November 14 Nepal Army on November 14 has diffused the pressure cooker bomb planted at the house of one Padam Yogi of Uchanibu of Satbariya VDC-3. Police said that a bomb disposal team from the Nepal Army's 19th brigade in Tulsipur had diffused the bomb. The improvised explosive device (IED) was kept at the main gate of Yogi's house on November 13 night. Yogi is also the principal of Rapti Secondary School in Satbariya. SP Ganesh Bahadur Air of the district police office Dang said that a pamphlet with the signature of Bhagat Singh, military commander of the Tarai Janatantrik Madhes Party was found near the site.
