Baitadi, On the fouth day of strike, there was a clash between UML cadres and Maoist cadres at Purchudi Hat, Baitadi. 5 UML cadres and 3 Maoist cadres were injured. Local markets and schools are open as normal. There was no severe affect of the strike over the headquarters . Security arrangements were regulated more than other days.
