Police have arrested a teacher for torturing her student. 11-year-old blind girl Karma Tamang, studying at Bandevi Mabi in Chautara Saghachowkgadhi municipality-5, was locked inside the classroom for three hours by her teacher Sabitri Silwal on 23rd January. School principal got to know about the incident when Tamang shouted from the window around 6 in the afternoon. Police released her in bail on the same day of her arrest.
