Sindhupalchok/November 15, UCPN-M cadres have attacked the UML cadres while the latter were in an election campaign at Golche VDC on November 14. UML cadre Raj Tamang was injured in the attack and is undergoing treatment at the Khadichaur Hospital. Chairperson of the UML election publicity department Yagya Raj Sapkota said that the UCPN-M cadres hurled stones at the UML cadres at night. Chief District Officer Dilli Raj Pokharel said that the victim was attacked with sharp weapon and he was sent to Barhabise Hospital for treatment. UML District Committee Member Bheshram Dhakal said that a case of attempt to murder has been filed against UCPN-M cadres Bishnu Lal Dong and Aasha Bahadur Dong.
