Nepali Congress sister wing Women's Association on Saturday staged a demonstration in Butwal accusing the government of failing to bring to justice the perpetrator behind Nirmala Panta's rape and murder, failing to ensure the safety and security of children and women amongst others.  Cadres of Women's Association chanted slogans against the government in the demonstration.
