CPN Maoist carrying bomb injured

KATHMANDU, Nov: A CPN-Maoist cadre has been seriously injured when an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) he was carrying went off unexpectedly at Nayabazar in the capital Saturday evening. Police said he was planning to plant the device in a microbus parked nearby. According to DSP Birendra Khanal, CPN-Maoist cadre Ravi Gole, 20, has been undergoing treatment at the Emergency ward of the Bir hospital. Police said that they will search for Gole´s friends, who were involved in the explosion.
