Police arrested 19-year-old Suman Magar,  a permanent resident of Chitlang -3, on February 27, in accusation of abducting 13-year-old Swastika Chuhaan, a 5th grade student of Sitadevi Secondary School situated at Sangachowkgadhi municipality-1. 

The accused allegedly abducted the victim on February 25 while on her way to school. 

The victim's family filed a complaint at District Police Office on February 26. The locals rescued the girl from the accused's room in the evening of February 25.
