Bardiya, Raati 10 baje dheki ghar bahira niskina rokh. Bardiya district administration has decided to ban people from moving outside their houses from 10 pm on Monday to 5 on Tuesday morning in Gulariya in view of vulnerable security . However, the administration has decided to allow permission to those who have special purpose to come outside. Likewise, the authorities have banned the vehicles from plying the roads without the permission from 10 tonight till the vote counting concludes.
